Steps
- 1
Wash and peel the carrot, then slice or chop it. Wash and slice or chop the onion. Wash the celery and use the leaves or stalks as you prefer. Rinse the chicken breast under water to remove any surface residue. Cut the soy paper in half to make square sheets.
- 2
Lightly chop the chicken breast in a food processor. Add the carrot, onion, and celery leaves, and blend until combined. Add the seasonings and blend until the mixture becomes sticky.
- 3
Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto a soy paper sheet and roll it up to form a chicken roll. Brush a little oil on the outside of each roll (optional).
- 4
Place the rolls in the air fryer basket or on a baking tray. Air fry at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Remove the basket, flip the rolls, then air fry at 392°F (200°C) for another 3–5 minutes.
