Pour the milk in pen,and add sugar..mix it let them boil,then add vermicelli, cook untill it become soft and thick

Let it cool completly

Now make layer in serving glass or bowl.. first add prepared vermicelli,then fix cake piece, add & spread soft ice-cream

Add some sprinkals on top..
