Soak chana dal for four to 5 hours.Then drain the water and clean it

Add oil in the cooker, when hot, add cumin green chillies, garlic, ginger, fennel and stir, then add spices turmeric and stir the lentils.

Add water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, then when cooked, take out the pulses in a plate.

Put the lentils and coriander in the grinder and grind them

Put the paste in the bowl, prepare the dough and fill the lentils and then take them completely

Heat ghee in a pan to fry the poori,Then make the poori and pour it in the oil, after it turns golden brown in a plate

In this way make all the puriya and then serve it with vegetable chutney.
