Cutlets are Persian meat patties and is different from lamb cutlets. But you have choice of different meat (beef - lamb- veal). It is super delicious Persian ground meat patty. It looks like hamburgers BUT made either with raw/cooked potatoes or chickpeas or split yellow peas. It can be served either with flat breads or steamed rice. Both are equally yummy. Rozina Dinaa -

Savory Pastichio Savory Pastichio
Pastichio is a deep oven baked pasta classic Greek dish. This dish is layered with tubular pasta and or any other long pasta you can find in your local supermarket. The meat mixture is basically made from half beef, half veal with tomato sauce and grated cheese as a topping. It is a bit time consuming but if you make the mince meat sauce the previous day, and keep it over night in the refrigerator than the process is quicker. It is topped with homemade Becamel sauce and grated cheese. Pastichio is a main course dish, served at Sunday family gatherings, with salad and a nice glass of wine. Foodzesty -
California Farm Grilled T-Bone Steak California Farm Grilled T-Bone Steak
We like our beef steaks thick, cut one inch thick. Here is how we grill steaks over charcoal on the barbecue and serve it tender. It is called reverse grilling: you finish the internal meat to the level of doneness first on a low temperature, away from the hot coals, test if it is rare, medium-rare, medium, medium well or well done, and then sear the meat over high heat over the coals, one minute per side. You can use an internal digital thermometer, or Emma-Jane’s cookpad finger method. I tried both methods side by side on steaks and I feel confident her method is as accurate as digital thermometers, better than time based methods. Hobby Horseman -
