  • Flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Eggs
  • 2frying steaks or better would be 2 veal steak with bone
  • Salt

    Dip the meat in flour first then egg and breadcrumbs, if you like a thicker crust dip again in eggs and breadcrumbs

    Fry the meat in lots of butter. Should take about 4 minutes per side. Great accompaniment is fries or salad.
