Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Bread crumbs
  3. Eggs
  4. 2frying steaks or better would be 2 veal steak with bone
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Dip the meat in flour first then egg and breadcrumbs, if you like a thicker crust dip again in eggs and breadcrumbs

  2. 2

    Fry the meat in lots of butter. Should take about 4 minutes per side. Great accompaniment is fries or salad.
