Heat a pan with oil and add onion and fry until soft and translucent.

Add green bell pepper, corn and salt and saute for a minute.

Transfer the mixture into a large bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.

Then mix the chili flakes oregano pepper powder and cheese.

Place a samosa wrapper on a flat surface. Fold one end to form a small triangle 📐

Continue this step in the opposite direction.

Add sweet corn mixture into pocket.

Continue folding the wrapper until the filling is fully encases in the pastry.

Seal the ends with flour mixture and set aside.

Heat oil and deep fry the Samosa until evenly golden brown and crisp

Remove from oil and allow to drain the excess oil on paper towel.

Serve it hot with chutney.
