We shall start making Rasmalai fudge by gathering all ingredients.

In a pan add condensed milk, saffron, cardamon powder and switch on low to medium flame. Mix all of them and add butter.

As the butter starts melting add white chocolate and keep stirring continuously.

Future add khoya and again stir them all well. As chocolate and khoya mix well and melts than add chopped nuts. You can even add drop of yellow food colour to enhance color of fudge.

Don't stop and keep stirring so as to save fudge from sticking to bottom of pan. Cook fudge untill it thickens. Than keep any mold lined with butter paper to pore in fudge.

As the fudge starts thickening cook for another minute and add it into mold immediately. Top up with more nuts to beautify the fudge, however this is optional.

Let the fudge cool down to room temperature. Further kleen wrap the fudge and refrigerate for minimum two hours.

Remove fudge after it is set in fridge cut into pieces and enjoy this fusion recipe.
