Hare pyaz ki kachori
My family's favourite breakfast recipe..

Mix salt, ajwain and ghee in the maida and rub well with ghee.

Knead the semi soft dough with normal temperature water and cover the dough with wet cloth for 20 min.

Now make filling for kachori, heat kadhai and add oil and add chopped ginger and green chillies and saute for 30 sec.

Add all dry spices, potatoes and chopped hara pyaz and green coriander leaves. saute well and keep aside and let it cool completely.

After cooling our filling we will make kachori.

Now take some dough and fill the filling to make kachoris. Close the kachori properly.

Make all the kachoris and deep fry in the oil.

Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
