Stir-Fry Healthy Sprouts

Cut carrots into thin long matchsticks. Wash & drain the sprouts.

Separate the white of spring onions from the greens.Chop the greens into bigger pieces & white into small rounds
- 3
Chop the garlic, & saute in olive oil in a wok for a second. Do not brown them.

Stir in the onion greens, carrots, sprouts on high flame. Toss & add soya sauce, salt, white pepper powder & seasame oil.

Sprinkle the onion rounds, transfer in a bowl & serve immediately.
