Transfer wheat flour to a mixing bowl, add enough water, make a dough.

Rest for 1/2 hour. Now take 2-3 tsp dough add salt, red chili powder, and fennel powder to the dough, and mix well.

Now roll the plain dough as a puri, fill with this masala dough, and now roll a big size puri.

Heat oil in a wok, add masala puri in oil, and deep fry on low flame. Till the crispy of the puri.

Now wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Heat oil in a cooker, add green chili, turmeric powder and ginger saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add all dry spices and potatoes add water. Take 2 whistles.

Now add dry mango powder, garam masala, green coriander, and mix well.

Serve hot with crispy kachori, raita.
