  1. 1 cupchopped raw mango
  2. 1/2 cupdry coconut
  3. 2 tbspjaggery
  4. 2 tspchilli powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspmethi powder
  7. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 pinchhing
  9. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix raw mango pieces, jaggery, chilli powder, salt, and methi powder.

    Grind this mixture in the blender. Keep it coarse.

  3. 3

    Remove in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Temper with mustard seeds and hing. Mix well.
