125grm, clarified butter (ghee)
1,red apple (grated)
2, eggs
1tesp, baking powder

In a large bowl, beat the clarified butter (ghee) and sugar for a few minutes until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add the flour mix well.

Add the grated red apple to the batter, fold to combine.

Add baking powder and mix gently.

Transfer batter into a lined muffin tin.Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden and set.

Cool completely.

Apple cupcakes are ready to serve.
