Steps

Clean n chop all the green vegetables and wash well

In a pressure cooker add all the green, garlic and ginger

Cover the pressure cooker for 6-7 mins

Blend the saag along with maize and make it smooth
- 5
In a pan cook the saag on a low flame for half an hr.

In another pan heat the oil

Add chopped onion and fry them till light brown
- 8
Add the saag stir and simmer for few mins. Stir occasionally
- 9
Saag is ready to serve 🙂
