Cut lady finger in desired shape...and fry it in oil before adding in besan.

Now in besan add salt,red chilli,grated coconut and garlic...make a smooth batter.

I filled red masala in between of bhindi and then fried with besan....(optional) we can skip red masala also.

Now dip it in besan yummy and crunchy bhindi.

Fry it in oil....both masala and normal bhindi dip in besan and make yummy pakoda with this.

Bhindi pakoda is ready to serve
