Steps

For pizza dough....
sugar,instant yeast and 1/2 cup warm water ko mix kar ke 10 min tak cover kar ke rakh dain. thori dair mein is mixture mein bubbles ban jaye ge,in bubbles ka mtlb hai ke yeast dead nahi hai,or apka pizza sahi se phool jaye ga.
ye process zarori nahi hai,lakin is se yeast ki quality ka sahi andaza ho jata hai ke yeast sahi hai ya nahi. - 2
Agr bubbles na bane to ye pani discard kar dain, or dobara yhi process karay, agr bubbles ban jaye to is ka mtlb hai ke apki yeast active ho gyi hai, or agr is baar bhi bubbles na bane to iska mtlb hai ke apki yeast expired ho chki hai, isko dough bnane ke liye use na karay.

Ab bowl mein maida,salt or aik egg daal ke mix karay, sath hi yeast vala pani bhi add kar dain, agr zarort ho to thora sa mazeed neem garam pani add kar ke soft dough bana lain.

Dough hard nahi honi chahiye,vrna pizza base hard baney gi.
ab is dough ko halka sa oil lagake achi trha cover kar ke kisi garam jga pe rakh dain. - 5
Jab dough volume mein double ho jaye to nikal ke dobara achi trha se dough ko press kar ke is ki air ko khtm kar ke isko tkrebn 1/2 inch thick bail ke greased pizza pan mein rakh dain,khyal rahe ke ye base zyada thick na ho,vrna bake hone ke bd bht moti base baney gi.

Ab is base ko hr trf se level kar dain,phr isk oper pizza sauce lagadain.

Phr is ke oper chicken tikka cubes,sliced vegetables daal ke thora sa hath se press kar dain.
is pe thori si red chilli flakes sprinkle kar dain. - 8
Ab aya asal funda.... sari topping ke baad ab egg mixture bnana hai... us ke liye 2 eggs mein mayonese, cream, salt and black pepper powder add kar ke achi trha mix kar lain.

Ab is egg ke mixture ko pizza ki sari topping pe phaila ke daal dain... ap pizza ke size ke according, egg mixture km ya zyada bhi bana saktein hai.

Ab is mixture ke ooper oregano and red chilli flakes sprinkle kar dain. or pizza ko cover kar ke half hour tak rakh dain, takay dough dobara rise ho jaye.

Phr half hour ke baad pizza ko 180 degrees pe preheated oven mein rakh ke 12 se 15 min tak bake kar lain.

Pizza 12 se 15 min mein bake ho jata hai, agr ooper ki topping pe colour na aya ho to neeche ka burner off kar ke ooper ki grill on kar dain, bs thori dr mein hi clr dark ho jaye ga.

For chicken tikka........
chicken cubes mein salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice mix kar ke 1/2 hour tak marinate kar dain,phr 2 tablespoon oil mein chicken ko sb ingredients ke sath daal ke achi trha cook kar lain.
chicken tikka cubes ready hai.
