In a pot add ur washed chicken pieces add ginger,garlic,Bay leaf,star anise, cardamom, seasoning,black pepper,keep staring untill all d water is sucked for about 5-6munites,add additional water cover,allow to cook for another 5-6munites or untill all d water a dry off

Heat d oli on medium heat,break d eggs add d salt and black pepper powder whisk well

Add in d chicken parts in to d whisk egg deep d chicken well and add in to d hot oil,allow for fry well and have d beautiful golden colour from d outside

Strain from d oil and keep on a kitchen towel to remove all d excess oil and serve
