Fruit Custard Recipe (Smooth, Creamy, Delicious and Flavorful Chilled Dessert) - A great summer treat.
Fruit Custard is a dessert which is made by mixing chopped fruits with chilled custard sauce. I have used store bought Vanilla Flavor Custard Powder. There are different flavors available but most of them are artificial flavors.
Any seasonal fruits go well in this dessert. It is best to use sweet fruits like apple, banana, mango, pomegranate instead of sour fruits like oranges, kiwi, grapes, pineapple.

  4. 4

Remove from heat and transfer it to a container. Cover with aluminium foil/cling wrap to avoid the formation of cream layer on top. Cool the custard completely. Keep it in refrigerator for about 3 or 4 hours.

Add the fresh fruits only when you are ready to serve the custard. I added chopped apple. You can add fruits of your choice. Spoon the custard to a bowl. Add chopped apple. Mix it. Garnish it with some chopped apple and dried fruits.
