  1. 1 kgbeef (bachiya ka)
  2. 1 & 1/2 kg palak
  3. 250 grammethi
  4. 3onion
  5. 3tomato
  6. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 cupoil
  8. 6green chilies
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1 tbspred chili powder
  12. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  14. 2 tbspbutter

    Sub sy pehle palak aur meethi ko ache sy saf krein aur dho kar kaat lein aur chalni main rakh dein

  2. 2

    Aub ek pan main oil garam krein us main onion dal kar golden kar lein

  3. 3

    Onion golden ho jain tu bachiya ka gosht add krein aur 5 min take bhone jab tak ke gosht ka color change na ho jaye

  4. 4

    Gosht ka color change ho jaye tu ginger garlic paste add krein aur 5 min tak bhone

  5. 5

    Phir red chili powder, salt, Turmeric powder, coriander powder dalein thora pani dal dal kar gosht ko ache sy bhon lein

  6. 6

    Jab oil alag ho jaye tu 2 glass pani dal kar slow flame par gosht ko galne ke liye rakh dein 45 min ke liye

  7. 7

    Jab gosht ache sy gal jaye tu Tamatar add krein gosht galne ke timing zada bhi ho sakti hai

  8. 8

    Tamatar soft ho jain tu ek bar phir sy gosht bhon lein

  9. 9

    Oil alag ho jaye tu wash ki hoe palak aur meethi dal dein aur cover kar dein 15 min ke liye

  10. 10

    Jab palak ka pani dry ho jaye aur oil alag hone lage tu green chilli aur garam masala dal kar 2 min dam laga dein serve krte waqt butter dal dein

  11. 11
