Achari Mushroom

#GA4Week13 Mouth watering Mushroom ka Achar . Its sweet ,its sour its tangy !
Steps

Unpack the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly. Now cut one mushroom into four pieces. So likewise cut all the mushrooms.

Heat enough oil for frying the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms on high flame till they turn golden. This step will take time so be patient and keep lowering the flame in between. Once done keep aside to cool down

Meanwhile in another pan heat some oil and to it add jeera, when it starts crackling add ginger - garlic paste to it and cook it for a minute and to it add finely chopped onions and cook them till golden.and then turn off the gas and let it cool down

Add the fried mushrooms to the above masala. And now add all the whole spices., Coarsely crush them and then add, cloves, saunf, cinnamon, moti elachi, chotti elachi. Also add salt and chilli powder according to taste. Add 1 tsp sugar and lastly add vinegar. Mix all the ingredients well. It ready to eat pickle, but tastes well after a day when all the flavours are nicely mixed with the mushrooms !
