Wash tuvar dal 3/4 times. Add water n 1 tomatoes n cook till 4 whistle in cooker.

Making dhokli. Take besan in large pan add all spices, oil, coriander leaves n water n make a dough. Roll roti from it.Heat a kadhai n flip the roti n half cook both side.

Heat a iron pan n put roti n flip it n half cook both side. Let it cool. Then cut in square shape.

Now crush the cook dal with blender. Add all spices,dhokli n peanuts to it. Let it boil for 20 min till dhokli cook. For tempering heat a oil add mustard seeds n cloves n let it crackle. Add Asfotida n curry leaves. Put this in dal. Serve hot.
