  1. 1ripe plantain
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the back of the plantain. Slice it and sprinkle some salt. Heat up oil, pour the plantain and fry both sides. Drain in a colander to remove excess oil. Serve.
