3 piecesRipe plantain
Salt
3 scoopswith tablespoon Pap

Slice plantain,sprinkle salt on it.

Heat up vegetable oil and fry till is brown(both sides).select out and serve.

Mix the pap with ordinary water in a pot,then pour in very hot water gradually till is forms.

Allow to cool for 5minutes,place back on the heat and stir just for 2minutes is done.
