1 cupbrown rice
2 cupswater
As neededBroccoli florets
2chopped cloves of garlic
4crushed black peppers
1 tbsppeanut oil
as per tasteSalt

Wash brown rice thoroughly and soak for at least 45 min

Pressure cook brown rice to 8 whistles
3

Heat oil in a pan
4

On high heat saute garlic for a minute
5

Add Broccoli florets
6

Sprinkle crushed black pepper and salt to taste
7

Serve hot
