Crush the biscuits into bits. Add melted butter. Mix it well. Keep it in the tart mold. Refrigerate it for 10 mins.

Soak gelatin in hot water & melt it over boiling water without any lumps.

Make custard. Mix custard powder with water & sugar. Cook it on low heat till it becomes thick. remove from heat.

Grate the dark chocolate & mix it with custard. Then add melted gelatin & mix it well. Whisk the whipping cream till it peaks. Then transfer it into the chocolate mix. Mix it well.

Transfer the chocolate mousse to the biscuits. Keep it in the refrigerator to set for 15 mins.

When it sets, decorate it with broken nuts, grated chocolate & choco chips.
