First, wash n soam the rice for at least 20 mins. Then pressure cook it for 2 whistles don't over cook

Now keep all the chopped veggies n spices ready take a pan add oil n add chopped garlic and green chilli saute them.

Add carrot n peas and white part of spring onion then add cabbage n spring onion greens just saute them veggies should be crispy.

Now add rice n add soya sauce n black pepper powder n red chilli sauce on rice

Just give a quick mix to all the things don't over cook the veggies n rice. serve hot.
