Rinse and peel off carrots it is preferable to take juicy carrots

In a heavy kadai add ghee and add grated carrots till it become lite orange

Then add milk and when it absolutely absorb add sugar

Switch off burner when it releases ghee on its sides

Add cardamom, raisins and cashews and serve it.
