  • 3:medium size fresh tomatoes 1 small onion
  • 3medium green habanero pepper
  • 1bouillon cube
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Dry whitebait(fish)
  • Dashlemon juice

    In a saucepan pour in the olive oil and add all the other ingredients.

  2. 2

    On low heat place the saucepan and stir. Allow to simmer for 2mins

  3. 3

    Correct for salt if necessary, drizzle a few drops of lemon juice on on it. Voila! Sautéed salsa is ready
