Cooking Instructions

Mix all except baking soda. Wait 15 minutes. After that add baking soda.

Fried without oil in double layer non-stick pan, to avoid burning in the bottom. Pour about 100 ml or depend on the size of pan. Cover after you see bubble and holes and springkle with some sugar

Fill with what you desire, like cheddar cheese, chocolate sprinkles, durian, nuts, and cover with condensed milk.

Fold into 2 sides, and glaze with butter. Cut into 4 pcs, and ready to serve🥰
