Slice the carrot and cucumbers and set it aside.

Marinate beef with soy sauce, sugar.

Add a tsp of oil to a non-stick pan and spread it around using a brush. Add a beat egg to it and flip till cooked. Cut the cooked egg into thin strips.

Cook the beef until well done. Use the remaining sauce to cook the mushrooms too.

Take out the cooked rice and season with a pinch of salt. To assemble the roll, lay out a sheet of seaweed and distribute the rice flatly and evenly. Then add the rest of the ingredients and roll it up. Use water or rice to seal.
