  • 1.5 kgCarrots
  • 10green cardamoms
  • 500 gmssugar
  • 250 gmsdesi ghee
  • 400 gmscondensed milk
  • 100 gmsdry fruits

Steps

35-40 mins
  1. 1

    Grate the carrots, add to a nonstick pan. Cook until the carrots shrink and dry up.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and ghee, stir and cook for 7-10 mins.

  3. 3

    Add the condensed milk, cook 10-15 mins.

  4. 4

    Top with cardamom powder and dry fruits. Serve hot.
