If you're about to throw away your bananas, this is the solution to save them!

Great recipe given to me by a friend. Successfully tested and tried!

Try this recipe if you have a pair of left over bananas - those which are overly ripe and the skins have slightly darkened. The quantity is enough for a 20x10x5 pan.

My family apparently bought too many bananas and they were starting to go too ripe. That's when these babies were born 😃😂

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.

This has always been my favorite way to use ripe bananas. You can also freeze ripe bananas and use for this recipe at a later time. Yummy.

This time i cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup blueberries. So yummy! :hungry

Add in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or nuts! Top with salted caramel! Mix in Butterfinger or Heath Toffee bits!

I love banana bread and I’ve been trying to hunt for the best banana bread; alas I have not been able to be satisfied, hence I made my own!

It tasted really nice, not to sweet , not too bland. I think I'll ve making my banana brad like this for now on
