Steps

First beat one egg in a bowl with salt and black pepper powder

Then get all the vegetables finely chopped

Heat a small frying pan

Pour oil and fry onion followed by green chilli, capsicum and tomato

Then add this fried vegetables to the egg. mix well and keep it aside

In a pan toast two slices of bread as usual with ghee

On one side of the toast pour this egg mixture

Flip it and cook for few seconds till the egg is cooked

Once done turn off the flame and serve it in a plate with sauce
