Keep kadai add oil and ghee. Add whole spices and ginger garlic paste. Cook well until raw smell goes.

Now add chicken marginated with curd and lemon. Cook till 80 percent done. Now add rice and coconut milk.

Cook for 10 mins and dum cook for 30 minutes. Delicious chicken Biryani can be served with raita and fry.
