  • 2 pintscold water
  • Leftover beef chopped
  • Leftover chicken
  • 2carrots sliced
  • 2onions sliced
  • 1pepper sliced
  • Handfulmushrooms diced
  • 1 cupfrozen peas
  • Cooked rice to serve

  1. 1

    Chop all veg and meats

    In a large wok add curry powder and water mix well

    Bring to boil then simmer for 15 mins
