Dry roast rice flour on simmer for 3 minutes and transfer onto a plate

Keep 2 glasses of boiling water ready

Add ghee and salt to the rice flour and mix with a spoon

Add boiling water as required and mix with spoon and then knead to make a medium soft dough

Cover the dough and rest for 5 minutes

Grease a sev machine and set sev jali inside.

Fill the dough in the sev machine

Grease idly making plates with oil and make idiyappam in each grid and arrange the plates in the idly stand

Steam for 8 to 10 minutes on fast gas. We can even make big idiyappam in a holed dish

Serve with hot Veg korma and puris
