Egg-free Cornmeal Cookies

I wanted to make a healthy snack made with cornmeal, so after many attempts, I came up with this. They also come out great if made with vegetable oil. If using vegetable oil, 10 g will give you a biscuit-type cookie and 20 g will give you more of a cookie texture. (adjust the amount of milk depending on how much oil you use.)
Gradually add in the milk while keeping an eye on the dough. I think the amount of flour needed will differ depending on the brand. If the dough becomes too loose, use cornmeal to dust the dough with while rolling it out. Recipe by Minimame

Place the ◎ ingredients into a bowl and mix together with a whisk.

Add the ☆ olive oil and use your hands to mix it in by rubbing together.

Gradually add the ★ milk and bring the dough together (add as much milk as needed.)

Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and poke holes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180℃ oven (the baking time will vary on the thickness of the cookies).
