Bajra flour Roti

Bajra flour Roti
Steps
- 1
Boil the water with salt and keep aside. In a large bowl take the flour and knead the flour with the hot water mixing it with a spoon till all the flour is incorporated and you get a thick dough consistency.
- 2
Leave it for 10 minutes till the bajra dough is cool enough to knead by hand. Knead it till it gets soft
- 3
Heat a tawa or flat pan on medium-low heat. Divide it into small balls and keep it covered
- 4
I have shaped the roti by pressing out a circle with my hand on a clean plastic sheet. You can place it on the rolling board and roll out the dough into a thick roti using a little wheat flour while rolling.
- 5
Gently pick up the roti with your hand, place it on hot Tawa, turn it over after the lower side is cooked. If one side of the roti is cooked turn it.Then cook on a low flame by turning it around till both sides turn brown.
- 6
Apply Ghee on hot rotis. Serve hot, crispy Bajra ki roti with your favorite curry and savor its taste.
