Ingredients

  • 1/2 packegg noodles
  • 1 cupchicken strips
  • half cupsoya sauce dark
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 cupcarrots julienne cut
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum Julienne cut
  • 1/2 cupspring onions
  • 1 tbspcorn flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil egg noodles as per packet direction

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken with salt and pepper and corn flour

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil fry chicken add carrot and capsicum fry for5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add noodles add spring onion

  5. 5

    Mix soya sauce honey and black pepper

  6. 6

    Pour on noodles serve immediately
