I've mixed millets with vegetables and it is a very healthy combination.
Steps

Soak the millets for 1/2 an hour then mix them with rice and mung Dal.

Now cut the vegetables.

Heat the pressure cooker and add the ghee and melt it.

Now add the cumin seeds, asaphoetida and also add the green garlic,tomato and other vegetables.

Now add the mix of rice,mung daal and millets.Add the salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice.Now add sufficient quantity of water.Mix well.cover the lid and cook for 15mn.

Millet khichdi is ready.
