Ingredients

20-25 minutes (plus 5 prep)
Up to 4 servings
  1. 1ready rolled pastry sheet
  2. 1 teaspoon‘Nduja paste
  3. 1 teaspoontomato purée
  4. Large handful of mild cheddar cheese
  5. 3tomatoes (thickly sliced - 1.5 cm thickness)
  6. Black Garlic Drizzle
  7. 1 tablespoongood virgin olive oil
  8. 1large black garlic clove - minced finely
  9. 1regular garlic clove - minced

Steps

20-25 minutes (plus 5 prep)
  1. 1

    Pre heat your oven to 190deg Celsius.
    Take a puff pastry sheet a place on the grease proof paper on then on a baking tray. Now spread on a heaped teaspoon each of ‘Nduja paste & tomato purée. Leaving a boarder at the edge.

    Sprinkle over the cheddar cheese, and place on some thickly sliced tomatoes.

    Add one clove each of - (finely minced) black garlic & regular garlic to a tablespoon of olive oil and mix.

  4. 4

    Drizzle this over the pastry and bake for 20-25 minutes til golden on the edges.
    (If the middle puffs up during cooking, you just need to pierce with a knife to release the air.)

    Can be eaten hot or cold.
