Mix the butter & sugar, add the flour, mix & add baking powder & flavour, add a little water & the remaining flour to make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into two & add the cocoa powder to one, mix thoroughly.

Flatten with a rolling pin, roll the one with cocoa powder with your palms & set on the other one as shown, mat roll & cut the edges, cut & grease the baking tray, arrange & bake in the oven.
