Finely chop Onions, mix with cream cheese set aside

Place the outer breast on chopping board (its less messy that way) - now I cover it with cling wrap/film to keep my Mallet clean (you can use a rolling pin if you don't have a tenderising mallet)

Thin the breast to about a few Cm's thick, spread the cheese and spring onion mixture onto the Breast roll the breast and wrap in bacon and use skewers or toothpicks

Fan bake it on 180 for around 40 Mins

On a BBQ I would make a makeshift tray out of tin foil a cover and check it after at least 30 mins and pierce the breast and check for clear fluids be aware the chicken can look sort of pink due to the bacon always check the breast doesn't bleed.

Peel potatoes

Boil for 3-4 mins

Chop into wedges

Mix oil and salt and other spices in a clean box and mix the potatoes in well (can rest over night)

Place on a tray, cook for around 15 mins or until they start to brown gently salt flip wedges cook for a further 15 or until cooked
