Methi Thepla
Steps

Wash, peel and chop methi, onion, ginger and green chilli. Add mash potato. Mix all dry masale. Add wheat flour.

Mix it thorougly. Knead a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough in 4 parts and make balls.

Roll thepla with the help of rolling pin.

Heat a griddle. Place thepla on it. Roast from both sides. Apply oil and shallow fry till crispie golden brown from both sides.

Serve hot with butter and curd
