Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 CupMilk
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 &1/2 tbspn Baisan (gram flour)
  • 3 tbspnSugar or as per taste
  • 4 tbspnghee
  • 2-3green cardamom seeds
  • Nuts (chopped)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Pan mein ghee dalein aur cardamom seeds dal ke fry karein.

  2. 2

    Ab baisan dal ke bhonay. Jab baisan ka clr golden brown ho jye.

    Add sugar, milk and mix well.

    Ab eggs add karein aur achy se cook karein.

    Jab halwa ghee chor day nuts add karein.

    Bowl mein nikal ke nuts se garnish karein. Enjoy 😋
