This palak puri recipe is nice way to make kids eat palak ....something different from regular Palak dishes....its very delicious n nutritous also....do give it a try.

In a mixer jar take Palak,coriander leaves and green chillies add little water and make pure

Thick Palak puree is ready

Now take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,carrom seeds, seasame seeds and 2tblsp oil

Now knead dough with Palak puree

Knead firm dough grease with little oil and keep aside for 10 minutes

After 10minutes take small balls of dough

And start rolling Puris like we roll normal puris

Heat oil in a kadai for frying

When Oil is hot start frying puris

Fry puris from both the sides

Serve these puris with tea,curd papad etc
