To make chicken gravy heat oil and add chicken and Ginger garlic paste and fry until changes color

Add soya sauce,vinegar, salt,red chilli and black pepper and mix well.

Add chilli sauce, tomato paste,ketchup,capsicum,onion and little water and cook for 3 -4 minutes

Cook 2 cups of rice with 1 tsp of salt and set aside
- 5
Fry garlic slices and green chillies and set aside
- 6
In a serving dish spread a layer of rice second layer of noodles then third layer of chicken gravy add mayo sauce and fried garlic and green chillies as top layer
