Wash & cut the brinjal as in the picther also chopped onion garlic & tomato.

Now shallow fry brinjal on mid flame for 2 to 3 mins transfer it now in same pan add sabut mirchi onion & garlic with oil.

Satue it well add salt kasmiri lal mirchi coriander powder haldi powder

When it cook add tomato again cook for 2 mins oil came out now add half cup water.

Leave it for proper cooked fill some chat masala into eggplant & put slowly in this gravy.

Cover it & cook on low flame till skin should be soft add garam masala &kasuri methi.

If you want add some cream on it serve it.
