Mix all the ingredients of dough and bind together to form a soft dough.

Mix all the ingredients for filling and keep aside.

Roll a parantha with as much filling as you can handle easily. Don’t over do as it might come out and make it sticky while on hot pan.

Cook on a hot tawa from both sides spreading ghee and toast till light Golden brown.

Serve hot with ghee, butter, curd, Green Chutney or achaar as per the taste.
