Wash and cut methi leaves.

Take whole wheat flour in mixing bowl add methi leaves red chilli powder turmeric powder.

Add salt besan curd oil mix it.

Add ajwain and knead soft dough with water.

Make out thin thepla and cook it on hot tawa.

Cook on both sides and serve with curd papad pickle.
