Baby corn manchurian
Steps

Take baby corn cut it into 2 piece and boil in salt water for 5 min and then remove it and cool it down.

Then add flour,corn flour,1tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.

Then deep fry it till the color change lightly and then remove it.

And again after 1 min deep fry it.

Take a kadhai add oil ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute it for 30sec.

Then add onion,capsicum and saute it for 2 min then add red chilli sauce,soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix the sauces well in veggie.

Now add salt,vinegar, cornflour paste (1tbsp corn flour mixed in ½cup water) in the kadhai and mix it well.

Then add fried baby corn and mix well.

Garnish with spring onion.
