Grate dudhi,

Add chopped onion, green chillies and salt and coriander leaves, red chilli, turmeric powder. To the grated dudhi.

Mix all, and fry koftas.

Make a gravy of onion and tomatoes add kofta in it.

Cook the kofta in gravy for 5 mins and it's ready to eat with roti. Garnish with coriander leaves.
